Terms & Conditions for Panther City Design Co.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Panther City Design Co. provides design services including but not limited to graphic design, web design, branding, and other related services ("Services"). The specifics of each project will be outlined in a separate agreement.

3. Use of the Site

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Site and Services.
Account: You may be required to create an account to access certain features of our Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the agreement.

By User: You may terminate your account at any time by notifying us.
By Company: We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Site and Services at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or any applicable laws.

7. Disclaimers

No Warranty: The Site and Services are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Site.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Panther City Design Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

14. User Content

20. Force Majeure

Panther City Design Co. shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

21. Notices

Any notices or other communications required or permitted under these Terms shall be in writing and shall be given by Panther City Design Co. via email to the address provided by you during registration, or by posting such notice on the Site. Notice shall be deemed given 24 hours after the email is sent, unless the sending party is notified that the email address is invalid.
